I have been with Hosting Bay for many years for our website, but was not happy when my domain registrar (my emails and website domain name) was purchased by an overseas entity. The service dropped and fees went up, so I decided I needed to move the domain name to another host. Hosting Bay are Australian owned and operated and had always been very helpful so I spoke with them about the change. They offered better rates and promised a problem free transfer of the name and email addresses (we are a law firm so vitally important to get it right), and they delivered 100% on their promise. The transition was flawless with no hiccups or delay. Come to yesterday and I went and updated a very old plugin on my website which caused the site to crash! I have just telephoned Hosting Bay and spoke with a wonderful gentlemen named Robert. He was amazing. He helped me every step of the way on how to update our website. He was so patient that he even waited whilst I wrote notes/procedures. His customer services was exceptional. I my entire life I have never ever had such wonderful/helpful customer service.
