I have been with Hosting Bay for about three years now and they are fantastic for service and attention to detail when helping you. They were very tolerant of me as at the time I was new to php and mysql, but they were very helpful and I can not speak highly enough of them. Their servers are fast and very reliable, I have nerver had any issues whatsoever (or issues have been so insignificant that I haven't noticed them). They even went to the trouble of phoning one of my interstate clients on my behalf to explain a technical issue to them. This is unheard of and definatley going the extra mile in customer service. Unfortunatley I have outgrown their pricing as my projects are getting bigger, so I have to move, I will probably miss them because they are so great. But for beginners starting out or smaller projects, you can't go wrong.

Hi, so far for me I am still new my business with them as by now only reaching one year using their service, what i can comment is that their customer support is excellent and the guys are patient dealing with me one of them is Kevin i have even emailing him about my problem even during night time, these guys are awesome!
